Shipping policy

Shipping

Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase unless free shipping has been offered. Odd Acres Apiary reserves the right to deliver orders in whole or in instalments.

Processing Timeframe
Most orders will be sent within 1-2 business days of payment. We aim to post all orders within 3-5 business days of payment. We will notify you if it takes longer than 5 business days to process your order. We send you an email once your order has been dispatched in the mail.

Postal Services
We send our orders via Australia Post and Sendle. We can arrange an alternative postal service (e.g. courier) at your request. If you choose an alternative postal service and incur additional costs, you are expected to cover these additional costs prior to the order being dispatched. 

Delivery Timeframe
Australia Post estimates delivery will take place between 2-6 days after posting for all services. For a specific and up-to-date timeframe, please visit the Australia Post website.

Tracking
Regular/standard post is not a tracked service. Parcel Post and Express Post are tracked services. We will advise you of your tracking number via email. 

Local Pickup
Local pickup is only available for our nucleus colony orders and will be arranged by appointment only, via email from us at Odd Acres Apiary.
